Welcome to the Office of the Registrar. We are located on the lower floor of the Alumni Memorial Building on the west side of campus. We are here to coordinate and assist in the entire registration process, so if you have any questions about your schedule, we are here to help you with them. Announcements and Deadlines
Spring 2008 End of Term timeline:
1. On Thursday, May 8, 2008 all access to on line grades, transcripts and degree audits will be disabled.
2. ON LINE grades submission deadline for faculty is Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 9:00 a.m.
3. Academic standing review by faculty committees is on Thursday, May 15, 2008 in the morning.
4. Final Spring 2008 grades for students with revised GPA’s, repeated course calculations, and new academic standing will be posted and available on the afternoon of Thursday, May 15, 2008.
5. Degree audits will be available late in the afternoon of Thursday, May 15, 2008
6. On Tuesday, May 20, 2008 grade reports will be mailed to graduate students, end of term transcripts mailed, and those undergraduate students who have requested grade reports.
Reminder – Undergraduate students who would like a grade report mailed to their homes must make that request in writing (no email requests accepted) to the Registrar’s Office each semester. If you have not already made that request and would like a hardcopy, the fastest way is to login to the Student Self Service menu on the Portal and request a transcript and select end of term handling.
WILL I BE ASSIGNED A LATE FEE?
Course registration begins Wednesday, April 2, for Fall and Summer registration. Web registration closes Friday, April 11 at the close of business at 4:45 p.m. A $100.00 late course registration fee will be charged for any FULL-TIME GRADUATE (includes certified full-time graduate students) OR UNDERGRADUATE continuing student that has not begun the registration process by April 18, 2008.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL STUDENTS
2008 Spring Registration and Drop/Add
Registration and drop/add for the fall 2008 term has ended. All students have been emailed a copy of their 2008 final roster of classes. If a student wishes to do a late add, change pass or fail status, or change credits in a variable credit class must submit a petition. Petitions will be heard by the Standing of Students Committee (for undergraduates) or the Standing of Graduate Students committee. Those committees usually meet on every other week.
Any student adding a class after registration and the drop/add period has ended will be assessed a $100 late course add fee. Please remember that registration and drop/add was open from April 2, 2008 until April 11, 2008.

you cannot access your registration information, please contact the
Bursar's office at 610.758.3160 for further information.
Alternate Pin number information -
Alternate pin numbers are available in departments or from your
adviser. Please do not contact the Registrar's office for this information.
