Assisting with research on cognitive development

Our B.A. and B.S. majors offer the opportunity to study the principal areas of scientific psychology. These programs give students an introduction to contemporary theories of how humans think, perceive, and act as well as how and why people differ from each other. In either program students can tailor their coursework to their interests. Concentration areas include cognitive, social, developmental, and clinical psychology. Courses are also available in applied areas of psychology. Many psychology majors participate in individual research under faculty supervision and complete fieldwork internships in applied settings.
