The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) is responsible for assisting faculty and students with submission of their proposals for support from outside agencies.

Do "not" independently register through Grants.gov or FedConnect even though you are instructed to do so by the solicitation. Lehigh University and the ORSP are registered for proposal submission and grants management.
