William Dewalt joined the Office of the General Counsel as a Legal Fellow in September 2011, and subsequently was hired as a Staff Attorney in July 2012.

Mr. Dewalt received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2011 from Boston University School of Law, where he was a member of the Boston University Law Review. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Temple University in 2008.

Mr. Dewalt is admitted to the bars of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the State of New York, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys, and the Northampton County, Lehigh County, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
