Conference Assistant - Operations
Conference Assistant - The Operations staff is responsible for the preparation of guest accommodations, delivery of conference supplies, assistance in registration setup and breakdown, and performing other related conference duties. This position reports to the Operations Supervisor. (7-10 full or part-time positions available)
Conference Assistant - Reservations
Conference Assistant - The Reservations staff is responsible for coordinating check-in/check-out of guests, staffing the conference center desk and remote registration locations, key control, preparation of registration packets and performing other related conference duties. This position reports to the Reservations Supervisor. (7-8 full or part-time positions available)
