In order to realize the full benefit from the course, it is desirable
that participants have ample opportunity for informal exchange of
experience and opinions with each other and with the lecturers and
instrument suppliers. Therefore, arrangements have been made to
have all meals together. Breakfast will be served at 7:15 a.m.,
lunch will be served at noon, and dinner will be served at 5:15
p.m. On Wednesday evening there will be a banquet in the Asa Packer
Dining Room starting at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
Please be sure to bring your banquet ticket with you on Wednesday
(your ticket will be behind the nametag given to you at registration).
A handout describing breakfast, lunch, and dinner locations will
be given to you in your registration packet when you check in for
course registration after your arrival at Lehigh. Meals will include
picnics, buffets, and served meals.
If you have dietary restrictions, please notify one of the waitresses
in the dining room the first day at lunch. We always have a vegetarian
meal available, and we are able to accommodate many special dietary
needs. No cancellations for meals after May 25.
