The IMRC is largely run by a students under the supervision of Instructional Technology LTS staff. Through its mission, and while striving to uphold professional standards, the IMRC offers students apprenticeship opportunities in all of the IMRC's day-to-day operations -- to learn or develop web-authoring, graphic and digital design, broadcasting and/or database processes in a team-based, collaborative environment.

IMRC staff can be work-study or 'wage' based. Independent Study opportunities are available. Following is a partial list of skills one can learn in the IMRC. Experience in any of these is welcome, but most people learn and develop their skills while 'on-the-job'.
