Goals and Objectives

To serve as an advocate, resource, and source of support for students and their families in and outside Lehigh University.

To build partnerships with various colleges, offices and organizations at Lehigh University in efforts to enhance an inclusive, outreaching multicultural community.

To create a paradigm shift, thereby infusing multiculturalism and diversity throughout the institution's mission, values, goals, and culture.

To challenge members of the Lehigh community to explore their own culture and cultural understanding, in efforts to enhance greater awareness.

To encourage and create opportunities for cross cultural exchanges and expression.

To respond thoughtfully, appropriately and competently to the multifaceted needs of Lehigh students and their families, faculty, staff, and alumni concerning issues of multicultural affairs.
