Chief Metallurgist, Precious Metals Refining and Alloy Development

Responsible for Precious Metals Metallurgical / Materials Science Engineering including:

Apply technical and engineering expertise in Metallurgy and Materials Science for the development, monitoring and coordinating of production standards and methods through controlling and maintaining process control standards.
Direct new product applications, product development and product enhancements
Troubleshoot product and manufacturing / production problems
Assist in the development of systems and procedures for the reduction of: out of spec products, product manufacturing costs and scrap.
Direct and coordinate quality system audits, failure analysis and the development and monitoring of efficiencies and standards to meet goals and objectives.
BS Metallurgical or Material Science Engineering; Advance degree preferred.
Experience with industrial, manufacturing industries.
Track record of success improving manufacturing and quality control.
Familiar with Quality Control Standards and ISO Systems.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
