Entry Level Metallurgist
ENTRY LEVEL MELT SHOP METALLURGIST: Located in NE OH with a premier metals producer. .
Responsibilities
Will maintain, optimize and implement steelmaking and casting procedures.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
Provide tech support and coaching of operators and managers in metallurgical processes.
Analyze data to develop products and practices.
Use problem solving methods, statistics, participate in brain storming sessions and conduct designed experiments to reduce variations.
Keep abreast of recent developments in technology and equipments through internal and external benchmarking, technical papers.
Must have a degree in Metallurgy or Material Science.
