The center participates in the Pennsylvania Department of Educationís Child and Adult Care Food Program and follows USDA guidelines for meals. Food is prepared on site and all efforts are made by the staff to provide healthy nutritious meals in an environment that is not demanding or uses food as a reward. Since we are an international center, we honor the cultural and religious food practices of enrolled children.
