Student Perspective

The Leadership Minor imparts knowledge and experience which can be applied throughout one's life. Students challenge themselves by working in diverse teams.  They also learn to communicate ideas to varied audiences, ranging from individual exchanges to formal executive presentations. In addition, projects with companies allow students to gain first-hand experience in applying the leadership theories they learn.
