Lehigh's Events Calendar is a comprehensive listing of Lehigh events including lectures, conferences, performing arts, exhibitions, athletics, cultural and entertainment activities and more. It is intended to help event organizers reach the largest possible audience in order to promote overall participation and awareness.
Once an event submission is approved, events are simultaneously published onto a variety of locations on Lehigh's website including: the home page; Inside Lehigh; the campus portal; college Web pages; Lehigh's mobile site and apps; and public sites such as Lehigh's Facebook page.
You can also take advantage of calendar automation features that enables organizations to automatically display their events directly onto their websites. E-mail eventscalendar@lehigh.edu for more information.
Event requests must be submitted at least two days prior to the event start date to be entered into the calendar. Fields marked with an * are required to complete the form submission. Your event will be forwarded to the appropriate calendar coordinator for review and approval who will then post your event on the web site within 2 business days. If your event has not been posted within 2 days of your submission or revisions to your event information are needed, please contact the calendar coordinator at eventscalendar@lehigh.edu.
