If you Experience Any Problem Viewing Content After Logon:

Make sure you temporarily allow pop-up. (There are three sites needing permission). Also make sure your browser allows the opening of a new tab or page and that you can recieve a cookie.
The Google Toolbar is particularly restrictive on pop-up blocking. If you use this tool bar you should consider turning it off for the session. There is a 30 minute timeout period on the portal, so occasionally it may be necessary to repeat the login to access the special members toolbar.
