Library and Technology Services contracted with APTEC, LLC, a consulting and integration firm specializing in Oracle Fusion Middleware and Data Security solutions, to assist us with the implementation of the Oracle Identity Management software. APTEC began working with our implementation team in March, 2008. The project has been divided into two phases:
Phase I: Discover, Document, and Design

Conduct interview sessions with University stakeholders and LTS staff members to document current practices for managing identities and accounts and for provisioning access to resources.
