Dr. Rosenfeld is the Chief Academic Officer for St. Luke's University Health Network. He is a board certified in vascular surgery by the American Board of Surgery.

Dr. Rosenfeld is also a professor of surgery at the Temple University School of Medicine and is Senior Associate Dean, for the regional Medical School of Temple University/St. Luke's University Health Network.
