REACH: Resources to Engage, Accomplish, Connect, & Help
In 2011, ERAC launched an interdepartmental and university-wide program aimed at fostering professional relationships and networks among faculty and staff. By connecting Lehigh employees with each other and providing opportunities to learn about the university, REACH seeks to advance multiple goals of Lehigh's strategic plan, including investing in faculty and staff, as well as the university's core values and the aims of the Council on Equity and Community.
Seventy-five participants joined the 2011-12 REACH program and hosts from fifteen departments across the university presented on their various areas and programs. The program will launch again in the fall of 2012. Due to overwhelming interest, there is already a waiting list. However, ERAC anticipates launching additional cohorts in the future. Watch for additional information on the ERAC website.
