Changes to Short Term Disability Policy Take Effect January 1, 2013
Working with a small group of Employee Relations Advisory Committee (ERAC) members, Human Resources crafted a revised benefits schedule to achieve equity in the short term disability salary continuation benefits available to staff members.

Change in Life, Long Term and Short Term Disability Carrier Effective July 1, 2012
Lehigh will be changing vendors for its life, long term and short term disability plans effective July 1 of this year. If you are currently on short or long term disability, this will not affect your current situation.
If you have a short term disability claim that began on or after July 1, follow these instructions.
