Compass Guides were created by job family members working with Human Resources (HR) to create a tool that help individuals manage their performance and careers at Lehigh University. Each Compass Guide clarifies key accountabilities; knowledge, skills, and abilities; and education and experience requirements for a particular job family. A Staff Development Resource Guide is also incorporated into each Compass Guide. |

| Success Factor Worksheet | The Success Factor Worksheet focuses on the core success factors and the managerial success factors. The primary purpose is to help staff members become familiar with the definitions and to provide examples of behaviors associated with each factor. | |
