Learning at Lehigh

Lehigh offers training programs to help individuals learn about issues that are important in the workplace and to help individuals enhance current skills and learn new skills in related areas important to the occupied position. We encourage individuals to take advantage of training courses that are available through Lehigh resources.

As a new employee, two of the first programs to schedule include the New Employee Orientation and It's Not Just About Sex Anymore (discrimination and harassment training). Additional information and links to programs for employees can be found on the Training and Development Resources web page.

Another resource developed by a group of administrative staff will provide valuable links. The Administrative Staff Reference Manual is available online. It is a guide to help obtain information quickly and easily related to topics such as accounting, events planning, academics, and training and development.
