Conflict Resolution
Conflict is a natural consequence of human interaction. Conflict is not necessarily a bad thing. Lehigh encourages dialogue, discussion, and debate as an integral part of the learning process. When conflict is resolved positively, it can lead to consensus, discovery, innovation and creativity. However, in some situations, conflict can also be non-constructive and sometimes destructive. Contact the Employee Relations staff in Human Resources at extension 85195 when assistance is needed to help resolve conflicts.
