Club Information

There are a variety of clubs and activities that the Graduate Student Senate encourages individual and groups of graduate students to pursue in order to make the graduate student community more vibrant and rich. If you are interested in starting a club, the guide below will help get you started. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us at ingss@lehigh.edu.

 

Starting A New Club

All new graduate student clubs must fill out the following forms in order to get recognized by the GSS:

Club Email Accounts

The following is the process for getting a club email account:

  • An email account form has to be filled out and signed by the club advisor
  • The form has to be taken in person to Client Services Office: 394 FM Library
    • 2 working days are required for processing the form
    • The club can choose the account name, but LTS has to approve it
  • Form can be found at: http://www.lehigh.edu/~ltsforms/

Reporting

The following forms are to be used for standard club reporting and financials:
