While looking for a permanent place to live, some students opt to spend a few days with other Lehigh students or faculty members whom they have found through their department, colleagues, or student clubs. Please note: Musikfest occurs every August, usually the first or second week, so there are few hotel rooms available in downtown Bethlehem during that time.

Housing Reservation Dates: August 5, 2012 to August 14, 2012
Housing Assignment: South Mountain College, 233 E. Packer Avenue
CHECK-IN time is between 8:00AM and 10:00PM beginning Sunday, August 5, 2012 at the Conference Services Desk, located in the Campus Square D lounge. Directions to Campus Square may be found below. Instructions for guests arriving after 10:00PM are posted outside the Campus Square D lounge.
CHECK-OUT must be completed before 11:00AM on Tuesday, August 14, 2012. Any change
in this time must be prearranged through the office to avoid additional charges. All keys must
be returned to the Conference Services Desk.
HOUSING
$28.65 Per person/night – double occupancy
$32.70 Per person/night – single occupancy
(linen packets provided – pillow, blanket, pillowcase, 2 sheets, 2 towels)
