This means that we will use  Fair Trade options when available, and will promote the use of Fair Trade on campus and in the community. 

Fair Trade Tip 1: Fair Trade bananas are available from Sodexo, Lehigh's food service provider. Ask for them at campus dining locations or when catering  your next event - they are delicious! (The color is a little different from regular bananas, but don't let that scare you away, as they are sweeter and fresher than the bananas you are probably used to!)
