• Taught Literature to eleventh and tenth grade students at Parkland High School. Two of the classes, tenth and one eleventh grade, were Integrated English and History classrooms. These classes were team taught in coordination with the History and English Departments. The remaining eleventh grade classroom was a College Prep English class.
• Taught Literature to tracks A, B, and C eighth graders at Nitschmann Middle School in Bethlehem Pennsylvania. The C track class was an alternative Literature class where I team-taught with two other teachers. The curriculum surrounded the workings of a newspaper. The remaining two tracks adhered to the curriculum set forth by the Middle School.

• Taught Literature (1998-1999)
• Taught three electives during the three summers at Lehigh Valley Summerbridge: Common item music (1998), Sculpture (1999), and The Newspaper (2000).
• Served on the Administrative committee (2000): My duty on this committee was to serve and lead the faculty members of Lehigh Valley Summerbridge. I was instrumental in devising the daily schedule, leader of my teaching team, and coordinator of SPCA community service project for my team’s students, and mentor for the new teacher on my team.
• Served as head of Art Committee: I was responsible for the ordering of all art and school material for teaching staff. Coordinated all decorations for the summer (included parent’s night, Olympics, end of year program, and daily activities). Devised bulletins for funding contributors.
• Served as a member of All School Meeting Committee (1998): I was instrumental in organizing and personally promoted school wide information programs for students.
• Served as a member of the Olympics Committee (1999): I was in charge of organizing up various fun sports event for students to participate in at Moravian Academy Upper school. I was also in charge of placing the various teachers at the fun events.

• Facilitated Mr. Tom Schoniger with lesson planning, grading, tutoring students, and data entry.
• Tutored various students of different grade levels with writing. I was able to greatly help students and improve their writing skills through sessions twice a week.
• Aided some students with alternative examples and explanation of material being taught in the classes.
• Observed classes of multiple teachers within the English department at Moravian Academy Upper School.

• Site Supervisor for tutors (7) at Shawnee Intermediate School in Easton Pennsylvania (1998-200). I was instrumental in instructing and coordinating the tutors for weekly tutoring session on Thursdays. I was also responsibly for coordinating fieldtrips for the students at my site and for other sites within the tutoring circle of Lehigh Valley Summerbridge.
• Tutor (2001) for Shawnees Intermediate School students until November. I was responsible for helping with all subject areas and coordinating one activity for the students.
• Supervised various fieldtrips for students from all tutoring sites throughout the Lehigh Valley.

• Graduation in June of 2001 (Petitioned to graduate and was excepted even thought course load was not fully complete. Decision was made based upon GPA: 3.78)

• I have preformed a great deal of community service activities within the past four years. In my undergraduate years, I was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority. We took part on many philanthropy events for the youth of Easton. I was instrumental in participation in and planning many events including Trick or Treat on the Hill (1997-200) and Easter Eggstravaganze (1998-2000). 
• I was a member of AmeriCorps for a period of two years. During this time I completed 900 hours of community service, all in education. This educational service involved, teaching, tutoring, and fieldtrips.
