Reflection:
This unit has further enhanced my teaching versatility.  While developing this unit, I made conscience efforts to incorporate a variety of teaching techniques such as cooperative learning, use of visual aids, students teaching students just to mane a few.  Activity centers with a variety of manipulatives enabled me to bring Fahrenheit 451 to life.  Students were able to touch, feel, experience, and discovery the facts and content form the novel.  Technology was another useful tool I utilized throughout the unit.  The culminating activity required students to explore and compare Nazi Germany to the novel.  This exercise challenged and actively engaged students.
