Procedure:

The following is a chart of known genetically linked human diseases. Using the Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man ,as well as any other credible sources, identify if the diseases or syndromes are autosomal dominant, recessive or sex-linked. At the same time identify and describe:
the symptoms and characteristics
what chromosome the diseases or syndromes are located on or associated with
the type of mutation or genetic abnormality
any geographical or ethnic correlation
name other diseases associated with the particular chromosome

Finally, pick an autosomal dominant, an autosomal recessive and a sex-linked disease. If the genes or traits for these diseases where transmitted or carried in your family what would the pedigree, for each, look like? Design your families pedigree for the three chosen diseases.
