Purpose of the Digital Portfolio:

Every student in the Technology-Based Teacher Education program develops an electronic portfolio throughout their course of study at Lehigh University. These portfolios contain a variety of documents and achievement artifacts that are intended to illustrate the student's mastery of the numerous aspects of teaching.

Organization of My Portfolio:

This web-based portfolio is divided into various sections that can be visited by selecting the links on the left or the bottom of the page. The About Me section provides some biographical information. A copy of my updated resume can be viewed and downloaded by visiting the Resume page. Finally, the Philosophy link describes my philosophy of teaching and learning.

The remaining links are intended to demonstrate my mastery of the four major areas required for exceptional teaching. Category1 describes the planning and preparation aspect of teaching, Category 2 represents the establishment and maintenance of the classroom environment, Category 3 illustrates the instructional delivery aspect of teaching, and Category 4 demonstrates professionalism in teaching.
