Lehigh's Faculty Development Program
aims to foster excellence in teaching and learning by providing faculty
with tools, development opportunities, and consultation services. As part of the Lehigh Lab,
Lehigh's campus-wide initiative to advance the adoption of innovative
technologies and techniques that enhance teaching, learning and
research, we work closely with the other divisions of Library & Technology
Services to provide a coordinated array of support for faculty.

Writing Across the Curriculum
Lehigh's Writing Across the Curriuclum (WAC) program is housed in the Faculty Development office. The WAC Program is committed to promoting a campus-wide culture in which writing and communication in its many forms are central to learning in all disciplines. In this culture, communication and inquiry are vitally linked, restraints on learning imposed by traditional disciplinary boundaries are eased, and students and faculty are all part of one vibrant community, seeking and sharing knowledge and understanding together.
