The Scholarship Survey is conducted by the Office of Financial Aid to assist in finding potential candidates for our extensive Endowed and Sponsored Scholarship program.  By completing the survey you may become the recipient of one of these prestigious awards.  While receipt of these funds does not increase a financial aid award, to be named a recipient should be considered an honor.

The Survey will be available AFTER April 1st.   Prior to completing this survey the CSS Financial Aid Profile MUST be completed and received by the Office of Financial Aid.

We download the information from the survey on a weekly basis.  This item may remain incomplete on your record for up to a week after you have completed the survey.

Please follow the instructions below to complete the survey:

1. Click here to go to the Campus Portal

2. Login to the portal.

3. Select the "Banner" tab.

4. Then select "Personal Information".

5. Choose "Answer a Survey"

6. Select "Financial Aid Scholarship Survey".
