Master Services Agreement - Terms, Conditions & Policies
The goal of the Office of Facilities Services is to effectively and efficiently provide a wide range of services to establish and maintain a clean, comfortable, safe, healthy and attractive living, learning and working environment for faculty, staff and students.
Services including providing uninterrupted, reliable utilities, compliance with regulatory legislation, custodial services, elevator maintenance, trash and recycling pickup, keys and locks, landscaping, lawn care, leaf and snow removal, furniture moving and event setups, and general craft trades associated with the day to day operations and maintenance of all buildings, grounds and utilities.
Facilities Building Managers act as Central points of contact for day to day maintenance and services for their assigned buildings. They keep department heads and building occupants informed on facility issues, conduct building inspections and ensure quick responses to the emergency maintenance and repair needs of the campus community.
Facilities Service's professional, customer-conscious engineers, supervisors, mechanics, technicians, craftspeople and support personnel are well trained to provide support for the university's academic mission. They will do their best to find solutions for all facility problems.
