About the Program

Spreadsheet software is an important productivity tool that will be used throughout the business curriculum at Lehigh. Excel, a component of Microsoft Office, has been chosen as the standard spreadsheet application at Lehigh. All College of Business and Economics students must pass an Excel proficiency exam during their first semester at Lehigh. Students who transfer into the business college must pass the exam during their first semester in the CBE.

The Excel Competency Program is run by the Philip Rauch Center for Business Communications, located in room 311 of the Rauch Business Center.

  • Program Director: Joseph Manzo
  • Excel Teaching Assistant: Kyle Zarambo

Excel 2007 Video Modules
