About Jim Robinson -
Jim has extensive experience and knowledge in the electric power industry serving as manager at PPL in charge of the bulk power transmission planning; developing key regional transmission plan proposals approved by PJM; and most recently working as an independent contractor as of 2008. In the fall of 2003, Jim completed a four-month assignment with NERC as a Team leader of the Sequence of Events Team investigating the 2003 Blackout. Jim has formally presented the blackout sequence of events to industry and public audiences.
