The Employee Relations Advisory Committee (ERAC) is a team of exempt and non-exempt staff members, working together to help advance the interests of our colleagues around campus. We are staff advocates who strive to make the Lehigh community as collegial as possible, ensuring that our dedication, enthusiasm and professional experience is recognized across the university.
