ERAC: Employee Relations Advisory Committee

The Employee Relations Advisory Committee (ERAC) is a team of exempt and non-exempt staff members, working together to help advance the interests of our colleagues around campus.  We are staff advocates who strive to make the Lehigh community as collegial as possible, ensuring that our dedication, enthusiasm and professional experience is recognized across the university.

What's Your Idea?

We take our role as staff representatives seriously and spend time at every board meeting discussing thoughts and concerns brought to our attention. If you have something you'd like to say, please take a few minutes to let us know.

What Are We Up To?

ERAC has made significant progress on a number of fronts this spring. If you want to know more about these developments, drop Tom Yencho, ERAC's chair, an email and we'll gladly share what we've been up to, such as...

  • Organizational Restructuring. We've cleaned house a bit, changing our committee and working group structure to allow us to be more effective and proactive staff advocates.
  • Campus Liaisons. We launched an effort to build stronger, more productive partnerships with offices across Lehigh that will lead to a greater understanding of university initiatives.
