Contractors performing work at Lehigh University are required to adhere to safety requirements established by Environmental Health and Safety. The contractor shall ensure their activities and the activities of their employees are in strict compliance with all federal, state, and local statues, ordinances, regulations and rules including the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA).
