Work Orders

A Work Order will need to be placed through Facilities Services if an event requires any of the following:

Outdoor Events:

• Chairs
• Electricity
• Special clean up
• Staging
• Tables
• Trash receptacles
• Water Supply

University Center Indoor Events:

• Staging

To aid you through the process, plan your event well in advance and get an estimate for the cost of services.
