Outdoor Events

Considerable planning must be conducted prior to organizing outdoor events to ensure compliance with codes.  Blocking fire lanes is prohibited.  If you have any questions regarding codes please contact Environmental Health and Safety 610-758-4251.

• Reservation requests for outdoor space on lower Asa Campus can be placed at Campus Facility Reservations.

• For other outdoor space contact:  
  • Residence Hall space -  Residence Life Office
  • Fraternity or Sorority – Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs
  • Athletic space – Allen Biddinger or Greg Schultz
  • Mountaintop – Conference Services
• A City of Bethlehem Activity Permit form must be filed with the City at least two weeks in advance. Please submit this form to the appropriate scheduler. Information on Tent Specifications is included within the body of the form.
