Banners

Banners must be approved at the Reservation Desk in the University Center before being displayed. Banners will be discarded when taken down. Our office is NOT responsible for lost or stolen banners.

To request have a banner displayed, fill out the Banner Request Form.

Lamberton Hall

Banners will be hung in the Hawk's Nest dining room, mezzanine level.

Lamberton Hall has availability to display up to six (6) banners at a time. Space availability varies according to banner size.

Banners can be displayed no longer than seven (7) days.

Recommended banner size:

• No larger than 66" in width x 96" in height (size of a twin size flat sheet)

Banner must be made out of cloth material or paper.

Banners should be dropped off at Lamberton Hall Room #156 on the day of your request.

Ulrich Student Center (through May 2012)

Banners will be hung inside the main lobby entrance above the Information Desk.

Ulrich Student Center has availability to display up to six (6) banners at a time. Space availability varies according to banner size.

Banners can be displayed no longer than seven (7) days.

Recommended banner size:

• No larger than 66" in width x 96" in height (size of a twin size flat sheet)

Banner must be made out of cloth material or paper.

Banners should be dropped off at the Ulrich Student Center Information Desk on the day of your request.

University Center

Banners will be hung on the south side exterior of the University Center (patio area facing Trembley Park).

The University Center has availability to display one (1) banner at a time.

Banners can be displayed no longer than seven (7) days.

Recommended banner sizes:

• No larger than 96"in width x 66" in height (size of a twin size flat sheet)

OR

• No larger than 66" in width x 72" in height

Banner must be made out of cloth material.

Banners should be dropped off at the Information Desk located on the first floor, east side of the University Center on the day of your request.
