Audio Visual Equipment
If your organization is planning an event that requires
audio visual equipment of any kind please inform the Reservation
Desk of your needs so that it can be included in
your confirmation. There is a limited supply of
equipment it is very important to plan ahead.
If your event requires equipment we cannot provide in our
facilities, please contact the Media
Center at Fairchild Martindale Library for other
options.
The University Center
Available Equipment:
- Easels/Pads (sponsoring user will need to supply
markers)
- LCD Projectors (a laptop must be provided by the
sponsoring user)
- Microphones
- Overhead Projectors
- Podiums
- Portable Projector Screens
- Projector Carts
- TV/VCR/DVD units
When using our LCD projector please arrive at least 30
minutes prior to the start of the event to hook up the
laptop to the LCD projector and to make sure everything is
working properly.
Room Sound:
The Asa Packer Room, Osbourne Room (308), and Hutchinson
Room (303) have room sound systems; for any other location
a podium with a built in speaker system will need to be
used.
Built In Screens:
Large projector screens are located in the 303D section
of the Hutchinson Room and in the 308B section of the
Osbourne Room. Small wall screens are located within
the wooden wall cabinet in 408 and 409.
Lamberton Great Room
Available Equipment:
- A/V Cart including Microphone Mixer, LCD Projector,
DVD player, and Auxiliary Audio Output
- Fixed Stage Lighting
- LCD Projectors
- Overhead Projector
- Podium
- Portable Projector Screens
- Wireless Microphones
Room Sound:
The Lamberton Great Room has built in room sound with
microphone jacks on each end of the room. A Radio, CD
player, and auxiliary input are installed and available to
use.
Built In Screens:
The Lamberton Great Room has a built in screen centered
at the North end of the room.
