RETURNS REVISITED: IMPLICATIONS

The findings in this survey suggest that:

• the meta-week worked well

• the response option documents had positive impact

• the majority of the students changed their work from the previous unit and felt satisfied with their work as a result

• the sense of community is increasing

• there is continued evidence (perhaps from the same students) that the relation between online and in-class discussion needs to be fine-tuned, that a typology of problem posts would be useful, and that my "system" is not comfortable for everybody
