The Tinkerings
This pilot experience suggests a few small but not trivial changes (improvements?) such as:- adding an open content space, much like Talk Radio in the extra-curricular space, free from my expectations of using the "five eyes" and free from my designations of groups or partners, that might appease those few students chafing under what they considered my rigid structure.
- changing Blackboard's default button name of "discussion board" to something like "conversation" or the "conversation board" as a way of visibly signaling the kind of communication I'm seeking.
