The Flaws
I am aware of a lot of little things that I could have done differently, but here are a few matters of significance that rise to the surface:
- I should have started with a unit of postings before I introduced my method and system in order to have a clear point of reference for change and improvement.
- I did not keep my initial project questions directly in mind while I was in media res and therefore was not really able to gather sufficient data to answer some of them.
- My last survey should have better correlated to the first one in order to provide a clearer before/after picture.
- In short, I needed to do a little less "on the fly.
