The STS welcomes members and students from the Society of Counseling Psychology and other Divisions of APA. The Section consists of two membership categories: Section Members and Section Affiliates. To qualify for Section Member, an individual must be a Fellow, Member, or Associate Member of the Society of Counseling Psychology (Division 17) and of APA who has an interest in the ST Section. Professional Affiliate status applies to a member of APA who has an interest in the ST Section but is not a Member or Fellow of Division 17. Any student or post-doctoral fellow who has an interest in the Section and is a member of APAGS of the Division 17 Student Affiliate Group qualifies for Student Affiliate status in the Section.
