Dr. Angela Brown recognized as an Outstanding Mentor at Lehigh's mentor appreciation day

At the recently held inaugural mentor appreciation day on November 3, 2017, Dr. Angela Brown, the P. C. Rossin Assistant Professor of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering was recognized as an Outstanding Graduate Mentor, based on nominations made by graduate students.

The graduate mentor appreciation day was established in 2017 by Lehigh's graduate student senate to recognize outstanding mentorship provided by faculty members in guiding the dissertation research of graduate students.

Mentors received certificates of recognition, and quote boards positioned around the room featured excerpts from nomination forms. A total of 44 Faculty Honorees were recognized for outstanding mentorship at this event.
