CVCR Executive Roundtables provide a structured and confidential environment for executives to share supply chain best practices and discuss their business challenges with their peers. By participating in an Executive Roundtable, participants can expect to make better decisions, solve challenging supply chain issues, and build strong business relationships. Executive Roundtable meetings typically consists of 8 to 12 peers with similar company sizes in non-competing businesses. Meetings can be held at Lehigh University, at a participant’s business location, or at a convenient location such as a restaurant. Each Roundtable includes a preplanned agenda addressing a particular issue or set of issues and is facilitated by the CVCR. Typical meetings include discussion on issues such as supply chain strategy, lean initiatives, green or sustainable supply chains, optimization techniques, and other timely subjects.
