The Office of Federal Relations
facilitates the relationship between the University and federal executives
and elected officials in Washington D.C. The staff works closely with
the Vice Provost for Research to advance the University research agenda.
In recent years, funding for programs and initiatives has been secured
from federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Defense, NASA,
National Institutes of Health and the National Science Foundation.
