LEE BUTZ
TALKS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Addressing a capacity crowd in Neville 3, Lee A. Butz, chairman of Butz Enterprises, Inc., wished that Lehigh had offered a construction management class when he was studying civil engineering in the 1950s. On August 30, 2012, the man responsible for bringing the construction management concept to the Lehigh Valley offered a master class of his own, graciously returning to his alma mater to share the benefit of his perspective with students and professionals alike. The Butz companies currently manage a project portfolio worth $690 million.
