CEE Undergraduate Program Specialization Areas

The first three years are basically the same for all CEE students. During the senior year students choose a capstone design course and four approved electives. Many undergraduate students choose to take courses in several areas of Civil Engineering rather than specializing in one area. For those wishing to specialize in one area, typical senior year semesters are provided for these four areas:

In any given year, not all of the approved electives listed may be offered. Students may take free electives in any area of interest to them; some use them to fulfill requirements for a minor and some take additional CEE courses.
