	•  Relates course material (theory) to practical application
Course Design:
	•  Innovative course structure
	•  Makes material lively and interesting
	•  Incorporates student input and feedback
Faculty Contributions:
	•  Mentor to other faculty
	•  Designs new courses or programs
	•  Significant research, publication or presentations
Perceived to have made a positive difference in the lives of
	students, the college community, or with fellow faculty members
